Also love you. You have led me well. 2012, 9500 miles, CPO warranty. Manual gearbox, 301A. So much fun. The power is intoxicating. I'll do my best not to kill myself.

Nice!! Now, do me a favor and get me some exhaust clips? :)

I'll do it tomorrow, haha.

Maybe even a burnout? Maybe that's asking a bit too much..

B-b-but it's only a 4.6!
Just kidding. Sounds like a car that could get you into some trouble.

Awesome! If I might make a suggestion...

I think I'll wait a while before the burnouts, haha. I need to get used to just driving the car, it's quite a stretch going from an 185hp FWD sedan to a 425hp RWD muscle car.

Good choice.
Changing the exhaust is a must. The 5.0 is muffled as hell. I'll recommend you the Roush ABs and Boss side exhaust. They sound amazing.

It's on my list. I don't know if I can swing the Boss kit, but the Roush looks doable.

Fair enough; for me, going from a 138hp FWD hatch, to a 252hp FWD hatch was a big jump. :P

FoST, right?

Looks great! Congratulations. Love the color. Enjoy it! I hope mods are planned!

Yeah, it was just perfect. Right place at the right time.
Mods are definitely in the works. Exhaust first, probably. It'll take a while to compile the funds, but it should happen. Probably the Roush axleback kit.

It's kind of amazing when it all works out perfectly.
Exhaust is definitely what you should do first. My father got GT500 axlebacks and it sounded amazing. Later cut off the resonators, added the Boss side exhaust kit and now it's incredible. Can't go wrong with the Roush AB's either. The stock exhaust is just to quiet, you'll love the added noise.

I want the Boss kit, too, but that's probably out of my price range at this point. It might be a future upgrade, but I think the Roush parts will be sufficient.
I think I'll also probably want to put the Boss suspension on it, but that's a ways down the road, I'm thinking.

You won't regret the Boss kit if you eventually get it. You can find them used to, my Dad got his for 300 bucks.
Suspension would also be a great upgrade down the line. Gives you a lot to look forward to in the future.

Yeah, that's not bad at all. Bout what I paid for the exhaust on my Mazda, but that was all custom bent and such.
I am looking forward to making it my own. That was the biggest problem with my 6, there was no aftermarket for it, and no real way to improve performance in any appreciable manner. I don't really need to improve the performance, at least in the powertrain, on this, but I am definitely wanting to get the car's pitching characteristics under control. There's a lot of squat under power.

That's one of the best parts about the Mustang. The aftermarket is massive. There's a solution for every complaint. There's also a ridiculous amount of ways to make your own 5.0 look unique. It's a lot of fun. And expensive. But still a lot of fun!

The fact that it's expensive is part of the fun, haha. It's an achievement to get it the way you want it to be.

That's true! Never thought of it that way. I'm trying to save up a lot to get stuff done on the Mach. It's going to feel amazing when it's all done.

Yeah, yeah it is, haha.
